Remember the beautiful fabric I had? I finally did a project that I think came out so pretty! I am so going to enjoy pulling this out, unrolling it, creating and coloring and then rolling it back up.
The pockets are supposed to fit one pencil a piece, to match the background fabric. But how can I just put in one pencil of orange when there are three other variations? I may just go back and fill in the other singleton pockets as well. I like using Prismacolor pencils.
I was able to make this in about three hours (not all at once!). If you’d like to give it a go, here is a place you can buy the pattern. Even though I’m not an artist, I just love playing with things like this, and I know I’ll enjoy having this on my desk for a long, long time.
