I read this post at 7am just as our central heating kicked in to warm us up…made me smile. We live in a two up two down mid terrace urban property, my back yard is a 12 ‘ x 12′ concrete square. Needless to say this concrete yard is full to bursting with huge pots of trees and shrubs and even a ‘pond’…. no chance of us going ‘off the grid’ here
